Deep Clean Checklist

Kitchen:

  • Clean countertops
  • Wipe down cabinets and drawers
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Stove/ Oven : clean top, front, inside
  • Microwave: clean inside and outside
  • Refrigerator: clean outside and inside
  • Dishwasher: clean outside and inside
  • Sweep and mop floor

Living Room:

  • Dust surfaces
  • Vacuum/ sweep floor
  • Clean windowsills
  • Dust blinds/ curtains/ light fixtures
  • Clean ceiling fans

Bathrooms:

  • Clean toilets
  • Scrub shower/tub
  • Wipe down mirrors/ cabinets/ surfaces

Bedrooms

Move In/ Out Checklist

Kitchen:

  • Clean & disinfect all countertops and sinks
  • Clean the inside and outside of all appliances
  • Wipe down the inside of drawers and cabinets
  • Spot clean doors, walls, floorboards
  • Dust all fan blades, light fixtures, surfaces, window blinds

Living room/ Bedrooms:

  • Dust all fans, window blinds, air vents
  • Wipe down interior windows/ mirrors
  • Spot clean all doors/ walls/ built-in shelves
  • Sweep/vacuum & mop floors


Bathrooms:

  • Dust all fans, window blinds, air vents
  • Clean all countertops and surfaces
  • Clean all toilets (including base & behind toilet)
  • Scrub bathtubs/showers and remove all soap scum/mold
  • Sweep and mop



Airbnb Checklist

Arrival:

  • Confirm entry code/ key access
  • Open windows/ set ventilation
  • Start laundry (linen and towels)
  • Walk-through for damage or missing items

Kitchen:

  • Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and handles
  • Clean & sanitize the sink and faucet
  • Empty refrigerator and wipe shelves
  • Clean the oven, stove, and microwave
  • Load dishwasher if dirty dishes
  • Sweep and mop floor
  • Take out trash and replace liner

Living Room:

  • Dust all surfaces, including shelves, ceiling fans, tablets, electronics, etc.
  • Sanitize high-touch areas and remotes
  • Fluff and arrange cushions and throw pillows
  • Vacuum/sweep & mop floors


Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect countertops, toilets, tub, and light switches
  • Wipe down mirrors
  • Restock toiletries and hang fresh towels
  • Empty trash can and replace liners
  • Sweep and mop

Extra:

  • Ensure all lights are working, replace bulbs if needed
  • Verify that all amenities are functional
  • Check for maintenance issues
  • Perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything is neat and ready for guest's arrival.
